Dakota J. Wrinkle is the founder and owner of Partition Property Solutions, LLC. He created Partition Property Solutions to help people who feel stuck.
Owning land with someone else sounds simple—until it isn’t. Many of our clients find themselves tied to property they no longer want, with co-owners who won’t cooperate, unpaid property taxes piling up, landlocked or unusable acreage, or inherited property that has become more of a burden than a benefit. In these situations, moving forward can feel impossible.
We exist to provide a way out.
We specialize in purchasing undivided and fractional interests in real property, offering landowners a practical solution when traditional options fail. Selling a partial interest on the open market is difficult—most buyers are not interested in stepping into a co-ownership dispute, and when they are, it often comes at a steep discount due to the risks and complications involved.
Instead of forcing you into a lengthy and expensive partition lawsuit, or leaving you stuck negotiating with an uncooperative co-owner, we step in and take on the problem ourselves.
We understand the legal and practical realities of co-owned property:
Our goal is simple: to help you exit the situation with a cash offer so you can move on with your life.
We are not realtors, and we do not list your property. We are direct buyers who evaluate each situation individually and present fair, no-obligation offers based on the realities of the property and the ownership structure. When you work with us, you avoid commissions, delays, and the stress of trying to coordinate a sale among multiple owners.
Just as importantly, we approach every situation with respect. We know that many of these properties are tied to family history, inheritance, or difficult personal circumstances. Our role is not just to buy land—it is to help simplify complex situations and provide clarity where there has been uncertainty.
If you’re dealing with co-owned land and don’t see a clear path forward, we’re here to help you find one.
